JUMP national mentoring program

National Mentoring Program for Young and Emerging Artists

As Australia’s largest artist mentoring program, JUMP identifies and promotes excellence in artistic practice amongst artists aged 18-30, who are in the first five years of their professional practice.

JUMP supports artists to undertake a one-on-one mentorship with a leading professional of their choice, focused on a funded creative project.

JUMP artists also access online profiling and professional development opportunities, and significantly expand their national network during the 10-month mentorship period.

Youth Arts Queensland manages JUMP nationally, based on its decade-long mentoring track record.

JUMP is supported by the Australia Council for the Arts, and delivered in collaboration with State and Territory Delivery Partners.

Visit the JUMP website for more information about past and current JUMP artists and mentors.
